To provide better service & serve you better, we are undergoing a major system upgrade on the ( Saturday) 18th October, 3pm till (Sunday) 19th October, 10am therefore it is advisable for you to place sufficient stocks in advance.
For your information, our subscribers will not be able to perform top up and you will also not be able to perform new registration ( Prepaid and Postpaid) during this system upgrade period. This will mean our pinless products (eRecharge), UMB menu ( *118#, *113#, *114#, *117#, *119#) and CRM system will not be available to serve you. Your daily sale reports will not be available until further notice. Having said that, you will be able to still sell our Top up Vouchers and softpin over the counter. In addition, we will make sure necessary communication to all customers in regard to this upgrade & disruption. Good news is our data, voice & sms services will not be affected during this period, however there will be a few hours after midnight (forecasted on 19th October @ 3am utill 5am) where Data service will be impacted.
With this, we need your kind assistance to inform all your business partners / merchants / staff in regard to this major system upgrade & service disruption accordingly to ensure minimal customer complaints & dissatisfaction.
